Track My Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

How to track your order

Step 1: Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from MilkyMoon & Co.

Step 2: Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number and visit your carrier's website to check the status of your delivery.

Step 3: If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please get in touch with us.

Estimated delivery times

- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates. Occasionally delays can occur due to customs processing or high carrier volumes, particularly during busy periods.
